As well as the 5/5 ratings this hotel gets on all metrics, there are a couple of things that make this a great choice for the first time traveller to Marrakech... The owner is British and spends a decent amount of time talking his guests through the ways of the city. After our introduction we felt a lot more equipped to tackle the streets on our own. The location has a couple extra of benefits. Firstly the street is wide enough to get a car down so there's no walking the last 1/4 mile...

Fantastic stay from start to finish. We were contacted after booking, which was a lovely touch, and we chose this riad based on repeat-guest reviews — now we know why. Perfect location: peaceful but still close enough to feel part of Marrakech. The room was spacious and spotless, with the bonus of a real fire in the bedroom each evening. We had two dinners at the riad, both delicious and great value. Amazing breakfast and outstanding hospitality from Nicholas and his team. We will definitely...

Loved everything, like a little oasis to return to each day.

The accommodation was excellent, with a lovely roof terrace and great breakfast. The location was great, just slightly away from the main throng of action, but easily walkable. The service was exceptional, including arranging a transfer from the airport and providing an early breakfast when I had to leave early for a trip. I would definitely recommend and this would be my first choice should I return to Marrakech in the future.

This is the third riad we have stayed in and the best so far. Our suite (Ivoire) was spacious, beautiful and spotlessly clean. The owners and staff are beyond helpful and friendly. Breakfasts are plentiful and good. Great location if you want to be right inside the medina. Highly recommend it.

A lovely and charming hotel away from the hustle and bustle of the Medina. Quick and easy to access from the airport and centre of town. Hotel manager and all the staff were outgoing, friendly and welcoming, they truly cared about our stay and comfort. Can't thank them enough. Once inside the hotel it is calm and quiet and the pool area and lovely and tranquil. Our Hammam and massage was excellent! Breakfast by the pool each day was plentiful and varied and always delicious. Definitely try...

Wonderfully looked after from start to finish. Staff friendly and very accommodating. Beautiful Riad!

Excellent service throughout. Riad Joya arranged for our transfer from the airport and were met on arrival to the Medina by the owner Nourdine. Riad Roya is beautifully decorated and perfectly located in the centre of the Medina. The property is a peaceful oasis amid the bustle of Marrakech, with friendly staff and a small and calm rooftop bar area. Our room was spacious with a four poster bed and superb bathroom with a huge shower. Breakfast was simple and relaxing, we were served orange juice...

Our party were treated like Queens. All the rooms were beautifully decorated and filled with those small things that make a stay special , robes, fruit, water, slippers and toiletries. A guide was arranged for us to take in the sites of Marrakech and i would highly recommend. We had dinner here in the courtyard and it was absolutely magical. Breakfast on the upper terrace again was a complete delight. With fruit bread jams ceral pancakes juice coffee and omelettes. We then had a Hamam at...

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here; it was perfect for a relaxing, slow-paced solo holiday. The property was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were very helpful, providing excellent customer service. Food is important to me on holiday, and the food here was delicious—especially the fresh local dishes. The only small improvement I would suggest is more hanging space in the rooms for clothes, but overall, it was a wonderful experience.

My partner and I spent 4 days at the Arabo-Andalouse - it truly made our fist visit to Marrakech a special and memorable one. The location was 5 minutes from the souk yet the Riad was situation in a quiet alley so it was perfect for us. The most remarkable point that made all the difference was the personable service and hospitality we received from manager Mohamed and his wife. No request was too much - the attention to detail and thoughtfulness made us feel extremely spoilt during our entire...

This was my third time visiting Marrakech and second time staying in the Four Seasons. I decided to come back because this place offers unparalleled service. The staff are very nice, always smiling and very attentive (they even clean your sunglasses by the pool). They make you feel like you own the place. The resort is full of palm trees, has a tennis court, a nice gym and great pool. The Premium rooms have great balconies with a view of the Atlas Mountains. Nothing compares to having your...

This hotel is stunning. The décor is just like a palace. The inlaid marble floors, the painted ceilings, the intricate wood carvings and stucco, the gardens, the restaurants all make it so special as do the staff which completes a perfect experience. The Riads are amazing built on three floors, a courtyard, a large living room complete with fireplace. Stunning bedroom and huge bathroom on the next floor and a roof terrace with a plunge pool sun beds and sofa's. Toilets on each floor plus a...

I visited with my sister and stayed for four nights, we relaxed with a mint tea while we checked in, we were early but were able to go straight to our room. The Riad Nashira is so beautiful, peaceful and immaculately clean, as was our room. You can sit by the pool, in the courtyard with a pretty fountain, by an open fire or go up to the roof terrace. We wanted to use the spa, Fatima explained the different options available and we decided to try the traditional hammam and a massage, (45...

Very friendly helpful staff. Quiet location but close to everything.

Great Riad. Very helpful staff. Wonderful roof garden.

Riad Safa is a beautiful place of peace within the amazing medina. We were looked after so well by Abdel and his staff, they were fantastic. We had a fab holiday and can’t wait to rebook at Riad Safa.

Excellent resort family friendly with customer first attitude. Fiona was excellent and attentive to our needs. Hisham and Amin, our butler were always there when we needed them. The mandarin pool villa is beautifully designed and the gardens outside the villa are like your in Paradise. Perfect location for medina and the airport. Highly recommend this place.

This riad is in a perfect location for the main sites and the room was beautifully decorated. The staff were excellent and the food was really good too.

From being picked up from the airport the Es Saadi Palace staff could not do enough for us. It is a very calm peaceful hotel away from the madness of the hub of Marrakesh....only a 10 minute taxi ride £4 although our first night £10 (think we must have been tired!) Food is excellent although a little pricey. Towels changed daily & sometimes twice (a little much) fresh roses in our room. A beautiful cake & candles were in our room on our birthday total surprise as we had told no one!! The...
