"Good accommodations for the price. However, if you want to elevate your stay, you can take the Funicular from the port up to Piazzetta Capri, and you enter a totally different world. I would do that next time; I'm sure it will be more expensive but very nice."

The staff was great and was able to help us with so many different things like calling for taxis, making reservations for us, and even booking massages! "We loved our stay. The hotel is beautiful and the view from the balcony and pool is breathtaking. The staff was very friendly and helpful, we even ate at 10pm when we first arrived and they were kind and accommodating. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the bus stops right outside of the hotel, which made it super easy to go to Sorrento or Massa Lubrense or Marina Di Puolo. Would definitely stay here again!"
