"This hotel is in a great location! It’s very clean and well thought out. The linens and bedding are excellent. The gym and pool areas were very nice but the pool bar was not open 2 of the 3 days we spent at the hotel. Staff at the indoor bar was spread very thin as they were working at the restaurant and only came into the bar when summoned. What I felt was lacking was a welcoming atmosphere from the hotel staff. They were present and answered questions but they certainly were not going out of their way to be friendly or helpful."

The location is very convenient to all the must see sites. It is also walking distance to a shopping mall. I was very happy with my stay!! "

"Great location - above the Sommerset MRT station and near a few bus stops. The hotel is also surrounded by a few malls with lots of food and shopping options. Room is solidly appointed. Nice view from the pool. Staff were friendly and efficient. Though they messed up during check-in and forgot to request for my signature, so I had to go back to do that."
