"1) Checkin details were not provided - I had to contact Hotels.com and wait ±1hr outside in the windy street to get these. Glad I brought my own kitchen utensils with me as everything at the property was damaged. Couldn’t even leave a fresh dish sponge for a new stay so questioned how clean the place actually was.
