Nice welcome - useful tips on parking. Extra mile to make sure my partner was OK as she has sight issues. Great location, a popular evening pub, a great location for the riverside, the Cathedral and the main attractions.

Well run, with good staff, in a central position with easy free parking. The bar had a good range of wines, beers and food, room was excellent, will use again.

We stayed as a family of 6. The hotel staff could not do enough for us. Food was excellent and rooms lovely and exceptionally clean. Restaurant is well worth a visit too. Unfortunately my dad was taken ill once arriving and the manager and staff at the hotel went above and beyond and were so professional and helpful. They called an ambulance and gave us guidance and got us the help we nèeded. They worked hard to get a room ready early for him after seeking medical attention. This is one of best hotels i have ever stayed in and recommend most highly.

Fabulous stay!
Beautiful room, attentive staff, lovely bar for drinks in the evening and a fabulous breakfast in the morning couldn't fault our stay at all. We'll definitely be booking again!
