"So disappointing. We booked this as a mid-way break on our 16 day driving tour; 1 night in a resort with spa facilities. The pool, hot tub, saunas, and whirlpool; all closed. The bar was closed! One of 2 restaurants on site was open. One of the couples got the robe and slippers, the other couple did not. No apology, no money off. We were told we could use a nearby hotel pool; it was snowing! "We have just returned from a week at Hotel D’Olonne (or should I say Chateau D’Olonne). We were excited before arrival, and we were not disappointed.
