"The food was horrible, the towels were stained, and the curtains in the bedroom had holes in them. It's a worn down hotel with bad food so you end up eating out rather than using the all inclusive. "

"We stayed 3 nights from 23 to 26 Jul 2015. Our welcome was not the most friendly - however i noted that new staff were in training so that may have contributed. With more interaction i noted the mature members of staff were very pleasant and helpful. Consequently, they did not allow me to register until after 5 in the afternoon, registering my debit card since they could not find the reservation through Expedia. 2.
