"The first room we’re in the cable didn’t work. The sink faucet was very jiggly. The second room we were in the carpet was pulled back in corners of the room, exposing the floor. I was just disappointed in the shape of this hotel"

I asked to talk to a manager and there wasn't one available. The front desk said they would call or email, they never followed up. Hot tub was out of order, why can't they mention that when booking? The breakfast area is in an odd place and very sparse. "

The front desk staff were INCREDIBLE, the breakfast staff were always so helpful and pleasant and everything was so clean (including the pool which I find is usually not well maintained elsewhere). I was so impressed and would highly recommend this hotel to people visiting the area! Again, 5 stars for the front desk staff, they blew me away."

"It is located in a very good spot, around lots of things but will need a car. Single female traveler and never did I feel unsafe. All and all good experience and would stay again."
