Stayed here on two separate occasions. Superior room was ok. Rooms are not sound proofed so you hear a lot of noise from staff and other guests in the hallway and from their rooms. Also no view from the window.Was upgraded to a deluxe room on the second occasion and this was much better. Nice modern room, quiet and a street view. The breakfast is also very good, which is different every day. Within walking distance to the main sites of interest.

I like my room away from street noise, room is clean, staff goes out of their way to help and food service is good. Public Transportation is very convenient ( although I do not us it) however there are homeless people across the street from the hotel entrance. I like the attentiveness of staff at the door, consistently helpful and courteous. I will stay again in this hotel. I stayed 5 days total from Feb. 27 to March 03. Thank you

Its an awesome place to stay!! Highly recommended, staff are super friendly and helpfull. The food is awesome!! You cant beat the breakfast! Everything you could possibly need is in walking distance, its the best bang for the buck ever!!!!

Nice place to stay if on a budget. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The area outside the hotel is not one of the nicer areas of Manila. In the daytime it is ok but at night take caution and stay in well lit areas.
