"We stayed at this hotel because my fiancé had to get emergency surgery in Bozeman and I didn’t want to make him sit in the car to drive him the day of. The guy at the front desk was amazing. Handed us the toiletries we didn’t bring for ourselves, made sure we knew where the vending machines were for Gatorade and got us extra pillows to prop the recovering patient up. He really made sure we had everything we needed. Some days, the smallest acts of kindness mean the most. "

"We checked in quite late after attending an event and had to check out very early for airport. Staff was very friendly. Comfortable room. Nice to have coffee provided at 3 am when we left! And we so appreciated the note left on our nightstand from the hotel management! A rarity!"

"Front desk was amazing and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Only problem we had was the room was RIGHT NEXT to the housekeepers washer/dryer and they were NOT very quiet and some of the guests were loud when walking around in the hallway. "
