To our surprise we were upgraded to a suite! The hotel is a true mountain themed lodge. The entire lodge was Spotless, great staff, loved the coffee bar and iced water offered all day. The Breakfast was nice a nice expierence.

Wonderful stay and exceptional staff! We actually only intended to stay one night, but ran into car problems after leaving that kept us in town an extra day and a bit. The staff was phenomenal in helping us out with re-booking us back into our same room so we didn’t have to wait till the afternoon check-in, then allowing us a later check-out so we had somewhere to hang out with our stuff and dog while vehicle was being worked on. We also greatly enjoyed the pool and hot tub. And just a nice, clean and comfortable place. Thank you!!
