"Hôtel au top dans un environnement assez rustique de Nusa Penida. Superbe vue sur le volcan de lombok et sur la mer. Le personnel est extrêmement sympathique et très accueillant. Seul bémol, les nombreux chiens qui aboient une bonne partie de la nuit."

"We liked the facilities for the most part, although the bed linens smelled like laundry left in the washer too long. The big downside is it is noisy. The doors don't really seal so as soon as people start leaving and the employees start cleaning, it is very difficult to sleep. Same at night. Any doors opening/closing or chairs being moved in another room are very noisy. There's often music playing loudly from the upstairs bar or the bar next door until late in the night. You also have to travel...

"We really loved our stay at D’Puncak villas. Made and his family were super friendly and especially really sweet to our babygirl!
The rooms, garden and pool were very neat and beautiful. They go out of their way to take care of everything.
The only downside was that it’s a bit further from restaurants and we had to take the (bit expensive) taxi all the time as we travel with two small children and didnt feel comfortable riding a scooter with a baby.

"The place is so beautiful. The courtyard is one of many many shrines in Bali. It’s quiet and leafy and right in the heart of ubud. I would definitely go there again. "

"Piscine agréable, chambre correcte mais matelas inconfortable, pas de meubles dans la salle de bains pour poser une trousse de toilette, pas pratique.. petit déjeuner bon mais léger, pas beaucoup de choix et pas de jus de fruits "

"One of the best service experiences that we have ever had. My wife needed a wheelchair, that was furnished one at no charge, and our room moved to the ground floor. We took advantage of their Balinese cooking class and were delighted by the staff and the results. Even our departure was excellent! The hotel staff contacted the transfer company to ensure that the driver allowed sufficient time to meet our flight and provided us with a box breakfast due to our early departure. The facilities were beautiful, but the service ........ Sublime!"
"This stay was the absolute best my partner and I have had ever had in Bali. The service was AMAZING. The staff were friendly and attentive, and went above and beyond - no request we had was too much. The food was delicious - every meal was very good. On our last day the restaurant staff had a special birthday surprise for my partner.
We will definitely be back ❤️"
"The staff were so amazing the absolute best part they made the trip so amazing.
I can’t remember all the amazing staff but I remember Ayu, Wulan, Yoga,Septiari,Sutiass, Lidya, and Indra. "
"Our stay at the Maya Resort in Ubud was unforgettable from the very start. When we arrived, a few curious monkeys were waiting in our garden to welcome us — a sign of the nature and charm that defines this place. The next morning, as I set out for an early walk, I was lucky enough to join a large family of about thirty monkeys on the first leg of my hike. They moved calmly and peacefully through the forest, completely at ease with my quiet presence. It was a magical and truly unique experience.
Beyond the wildlife encounters, everything at Maya Ubud was exceptional. The meals were consistently delicious, the resort grounds were immaculate and lush, and the service was flawless — attentive without being intrusive. Each evening brought beautiful traditional entertainment that perfectly complemented the atmosphere.
Maya Ubud is a place where nature, culture, and comfort come together effortlessly. It’s serene, elegant, and full of those small, special moments that stay with you long after you leave."
