"The room was fine , staff is very caring, breakfast and dinner both very good. The view from the room is decent. The building does not have and heating so it gets quite cold. For the room they provide portable heater. But the hotel is nowhere near the city center, it is a 25 minute drive to the city center. Also a l9t of construction going on the hotel's street. "
