This property was quiet, clean, and had amazing views. We had a peaceful quality time at the property. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Whenever we will come back to Darjaleen this will be our home.

It is an excellent place to stay if you are not looking for a classical style "Hotel". It has a very warm and ready-to-please Staff - only 8 of them to manage all ten rooms. It is a heritage Property with all the quaintness and old-world charm in terms of the building and furnishings etc. It has a feeling of a large Homestay with very personalised Service. Recently renovated and therefore still needs some "De-bugging" I would recommend it if you are looking for a warm and stay

The hotel is so beautiful. It is hard to describe it.The premises are beautifully landscaped and you find some thing nice at every nook and corner . Our room was large and the large balcony even had a Gazebo, and tastefully furnished. They have a socked minibar which is complimentary. The staff is exemplary, courteous and very helpful. They even remembered us from our previous visit three years back. The views of the mountains is beautiful and tranquil.

The resort very is nicely maintained including garden and well kept rooms. A very very courtious staff. Though the food is average but , considering the town, its better than other places.

Great location and facility, felt the maintenance is not done regularly. Staff was very good.

Charming hotel with excellent and attentive staff, situated within a stones throw from Darjeeling's mall. Rooms are well equipped and even during the bitter winter, they are kept comfortable by providing in room heaters and hot water bottles arrive along with the turn down service.

Hotel is near MG marg. Winter green premium rooms have good view of mountain if weather is clear. Hotel has a lift which is very rare in Gangtok. Tamarind restaurant serves very delicious food, bit pricey but quality is worth it. And was served very well by Sajana in restaurant. Buffet breakfast is also nice and had decent variety during our 3 night stay. Rooms were clean and amenities are decent for the price. Room has heater. Winter green premium rooms are huge sized. Bathroom is also big but...

The hotel was beautiful, an old colonial atmosphere in a very comfortable setting, with great views of Kalimpong. Staff were very attentive and the Indian food in the restaurant was excellent. This was our second visit to the hotel, which we fully recommend and look forward to returning for future trips.

Excellent property – rooms, grounds, restaurant and service – with gorgeous views of the sunrise and sunset from the rooms. Staff were superb; a member of the party experienced a bad fall – without prompting, the staff did everything to make the remainder of our stay as comfortable as possible. Definitely a great place to stay.

Great customer service and food was excellent. Clean and comfy rooms. Hotel in a beautiful setting and walking g distance to town.

Had a Good stay. Location ok but little climb up the road. Dining expensive

A very warm welcoming hotel.good food.Neat & Clean.However we were sold rooms with a Bathtub & the Room didn't have one.But the Staff Hospitality more than made up for it.We enjoyed our stay of 3 nights.
