"I thought the concept was very nice but the property has a hollowness or emptiness to it. In its day it would probably have been considered a luxury resort but now its showing a little wear and tear. Many of the staff do not speak English so it makes it difficult to communicate. "Perfect for family, more the merrier. After doing day and eve safari you can relax at spa or pool, or play games or indulge in group activities. There’s something for everyone to spend time. Staff is courteous and friendly, room service needs to improve. Its the best family resort in this area."
