"I thought the concept was very nice but the property has a hollowness or emptiness to it. In its day it would probably have been considered a luxury resort but now its showing a little wear and tear. Many of the staff do not speak English so it makes it difficult to communicate. The staff could do with a very good course in handling tourists. The manager is fantastic and needs to pass this along to his staff. Having 4 safari jeeps or Gypsies on the property was very helpful.
