The kimono in the room as well as slippers were welcome additions. I also enjoyed the live entertainment at dinner. My twin sister and I celebrated our birthday here and it was everything. There was no conditioner and I needed to request it. But because the hotel was so beautiful, that didn’t affect me. Just go ahead and book! "

"From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very special. Everywhere we went, the staff remembered our names and went out of their way to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. Our room was STUNNING with views out over the valley, and the outdoor shower was an unexpected and liberating treat! Almost everything we did whilst we were in Bali was arranged through the hotel and charged to our room so we never had to worry about having cash. They were even on WhatsApp if we were out and about and needed a car back to the hotel. The daily complimentary yoga and walks are a really nice addition and lots of excursions to choose from, and if chilling is on the agenda then the pool area is beautiful with great service from the pool bar team. I couldn’t say enough good things about this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone and everyone…we will be back!"
