Only 3 rooms in this to tiny hotel. But it was spacious, peaceful & quiet. The best nights sleep I’ve had in a hotel for years. Lovely staff and nice pub below. The room was refurbished and the bathroom brand new. Situated right by the magnificent Heaton park. Recommended for families.

Staff were extremely friendly, and my dinner the evening I arrived was delicious. I don't eat breakfast but the coffee was good. The setting of this place is just beautiful, I was sad to only be staying the one night.
