I stayed here for the Manchester marathon weekend as I did last year. A bit noisy overnight, could hear my neighbours coming and going, door slamming, light switches clicking. Not really much you can do but it disturbed a restful night. That being said the hotel is very good, conveniently located with a tram stop close by and the Trafford Centre less than 5 mins walk. Breakfast and convenient parking are also a real positive

Very clean, well situated hotel. Breakfast was very busy and some guests had to sit in the reception area to eat. There were no vegetarian or vegan options at breakfast.

Modern hotel, comfy beds.
Lovely hotel - new and modern with a good breakfast. Beds were comfy too. The pressure in the shower was terrible though which really let the stay down.

Staff & service along with breakfast was awesome. Attention to detail in the rooms are needed by facilities staff though. My room had several brown stains (several!) on the floor. There were also several paint smudges in areas of the room. The smudges and stains stood out quite clearly because the rest of the room was great. Would love to give the hotel full marks but paying that much for a room to have attention to detail missed out is very unfortunate

This was a really nice hotel. Really close to the Trafford Centre (walkable in nice weather) and a tram stop for access to Manchester city centre. Even though it was on a main road it was really quiet inside the hotel. We were impressed with the room being very quiet despite being opposite a lift. The room was clean and very large, which was great. The bathroom was small, but with good facilities. We were impressed with the USB ports on every plug and the helpful lighting. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The included breakfast was good, but the hash browns were pretty disappointingly hard and it was sad that there were no mushrooms (hence not giving 5 stars). But the crockery, cutlery and glasses were all very clean which I was impressed with.

Hotel nice enough staff are amazing- Andrew in particular was super helpful going the extra mile to help Room not made up on last night which was disappointing Gym is a cardio suite - no weights or resistance machines at all

Great hotel in a good location
Great hotel in a good location near to the Tafford center and Tram into the city center. Room was comfortable and clean although there was a bit of a stain on the carpet. Breakfast is the usual basic self service but was OK. Staff were helpful and friendly.

It’s a pretty modern hotel. The rooms are a bit small, and the pull out sofa bed for our child wasn’t very comfortable. I was particularly unimpressed with the breakfast as they ran out of items before 08:30. Don’t think I’ll be back really.
