Mammoth Lakes Townhome < 2 Mi to Ski Area!"This is a great base for skiing Mammoth Mountain. The location is close to groceries, restaurants, ski shops. It is just a short drive to our favorite parking area. We did not try the shuttle. The condo is a little long in the tooth, but serves the purpose at a reasonable price. The place could use some maintenance on the heat and plumbing. "

Sunstone 329
Sunstone 329"The property itself was clean and well supplied. The view was spectacular and everything we expected. The major problem is that the room has zero air conditioning. When we arrived it was like walking into an oven. The only option were portable room fans. It was 80 degrees outside and felt like 90+ inside. Opening all the windows and front door into the hall didnโt help. The top floor had no AC running, we thought we could hijack some of the hall air but there was nothing to be had. Unfortunately...

Top Mammoth Lakes Hotel Reviews
Quality Inn Near Mammoth Mountain Ski Resort
"The internet had poor quality. Otherwise things were ok."
Austria Hof Lodge
"A little bit of disconnect with the front desk because of my late arrival. I had to get my keys reactivated twice on 2 separate days . This hotel should be not disabled friendly. No elevator. Stairs are steep and short. Very unfriendly for anybody who has any problem navigating stairs. It's so bad, they probably shouldn't even have disabled parking spots. There is no other ADA accommodations. Request room on first floor to minimize stairs. Water initially comes out rusty but clears. Don't use the ramp from the second floor behind the building to go to the parking lot. Unsafe. Beds are tremendously comfortable. Excellent AC/heating unit. Restaurant is awesome. Get the rack of elk. It was amazing. Filet mignon awesome too. Great bat. Jacuzzi has a great view. Could be a little warmer."
Juniper Springs Resort
"Decent stay for the weekend. Room was fine. Jacuzzi was hot. They offer free shuttle to get to the center of the village."
The Westin Monache Resort, Mammoth
"Great location, nice staff."
Shilo Inns Mammoth Lakes
"Hotel with construction in progress. Some construction noise and loud workers. Common areas dirty. Recently renovated room. Nice and roomy walking shower. New floors. Warm breakfast with variety food items. Overall good value for location if youโre not a picky person."
Limelight Mammoth
"Excellent room. Modern and functional. Close to shops. Restaurant food was excellent."
The Sierra House
"Staff was extremely nice and helpful!"
Cinnamon Bear Inn
"My room was spotless, as were the grounds. My room was TINY - barely big enough for a bed. I traveled with just a small dog. It would have been very cramped for two people. So, room size was a drawback. On the plus side (beside its cleanliness). the complimentary buffet breakfast was SUPERB. (Anybody who says differently needs their head examined. ) There are only 15 units in the motel, but it offers a bvffet that beats the daylights out of big chains."
