"We got stuck when the faa Closed airspace due to Venezuela attacks. We were scrambling for a family of 4 for a place to say. This place was spacious, clean and quiet. I would definitely stay again and appreciated all the help getting us in before check-in so we had a place for all our luggage etc. your cleaning crew does an amazing job the place looked brand new. " Our stay at Ocean Z could not have been better. We are seasoned travelers who spend a great deal of time in hotels. We prefer small to large. Quiet to noisy. Comfortable to busy. Vanessa greeted us to Ocean Z and we knew immediately that this place was different. Kind. Friendly. Gracious. Caring. Ocean Z features 12 suites. The rooms and the grounds are exceptionally clean. The beds are spacious and firm. And the staff is magnificent! There are so many wonderful people working here. Will name a few: Miriam. Xaimarra. Daniela. Walter. Alejandra. Felicio. Roberto. Many others. So many great people. The restaurant is simply magnificent. The location is somewhat isolated from the bustle of Palm Beach or Eagle Beach. There is an excellent walking area across the street from the hotel and taxi service is reliable and reasonable. Many thanks for a memorable week at a place we promise to visit again. Special thanks to Eva for setting the welcoming tone to her beautiful boutique hotel."
