"We had the pleasure of staying with Marion & Moray recently. We survived the applecross pass drive! The complementary wee dram was very welcome after the drive & fighting the midges while watching the sunset at the beach. We were in a top floor room. Chatted with Marion & Moray that evening & over the full breakfast offering, talked about Applecross & some culture, events & travel tips which we were useful and gladly adopted! Truly wonderful stay with a lovely friendly couple you will not be disapponted .. watch out for the midges which will attack you 😂.. we also booked the applecross sauna with stunning views which we recommend. "The staff were outstanding…friendly, gracious and helpful. Beds were comfortable and the bedding was clean and in good condition. Shower water pressure was the best I’ve experienced in a long time and lots of hot water. Free parking. The views are stunning. Hotel isn’t new and needs some TLC. We had one meal in the restaurant and it was great. Location was perfect for the day trips we took around the area. Would certainly recommend."
