"We were given a room too far away from the front of the hotel.no consideration that we are seniors. The walkway is not at all level and my husband tripped, landed like 6 feet from where he tripped. Landed on his knees, elbows and forehead. We asked for ice and applied it to his forehead. He got dizzy after the fall. We told that they will inform the manager in the morning. "

"Nice accomodation and view.relaxing.except for the 200+ steps which is too high.We end up getting a 2 nights room for our parents to stay coz they cannot climb the long steps. Please make sure people are aware.Specially that it is non refundable."
