"First of all, I did not develop a pre-arrival expectations about the whole trip. But I was at least ready to be met by gorgeous beaches, until I was first met by a very courteous person who was tasked to pick me up right after arrival. Since I did not have any prior experience traveling to that area, I followed exactly what they told me to do. Every staff person I met flashed their infectious smiles that quickly erased every suspicion one can hold when totally a stranger in the area. From there on, it was all smooth sailing through getting to the hotel, checking in, etc. and every staff in the hotel that I had contact with was super helpful and very kind and accommodating. It was totally a wonderful experience for me. The hotel was super clean, the food was excellent, my room was actually good for 4 persons. When I come back, I will definitely stay in the same hotel. I wish I stayed longer."
