Fantastic

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful .The rooms are very well equipped and clean and the bed is so comfortable that we slept well every night . There is a good selection of food at breakfast which set us up well for a day of sightseeing.The hotel is well placed for the city centre with good access to the main tourist spots. The ancient walls beneath the hotel have been beautifully preserved and make an interesting feature .

Great hotel for a city break in Malaga. Small pool but a great escape from the summer heat. Never too busy and definitely less busy than the beach in July. Pool there to help alleviate the heat rather than for swimming. Great pool bar up there too only open in the daytime.

Have stayed in hotel before as it is close to city centre, beach and port. And two minute walk to bus stop for airport. Arrived early but was allowed to check in straight away which was a big help. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Very well maintained hotel with friendly staff and fantastic views from bedrooms and restaurant. I was happy to walk up and down hill sometimes twice a day to catch the bus into the city as it is a lovely walk but might be very hard to do in the summer heat. Obviously not a problem if you have a car. Staff were even happy to help me practise my Spanish! What a gorgeous hotel. I had a front, sea facing room on the top floor. Spotlessly clean, comfy bed, all amenities as advertised. Check in was easy, checked in by Carmen who was friendly, informative and efficient. There were 3 vending machines, one with sandwiches, snacks and cold drinks, one with hot drinks and one with emergency medical supplies. Gorgeous hotel managed by the owners , blissfully peacefull

Very nice hotel. Staff wonderful, can't do enough for you. Only downfall was that when I originally booked the price was quoted in GBP. It advised the hotel would take half the payment straight away. Once the booking was made I received a confirmation in GBP then another in Euros. The Hotel then converted the Euro to GBP and the difference was an additional £44.00 GBP making the exchange rate. £0.98 to the euro as opposed to £1.35 in the shops.

This is a very beautiful hotel. Amazing service from the reception to the room service. The staff at the restuarants get a 5 star rating. Spa is great for adults.

Beautiful hotel, the Manero bar is stunning, rooms and hotel immaculate. Only minor was the hot breakfast buffet was cold.
