Have to give a shoutout to Ben who was the best floor attendant ever! He was so kind and even wrote out stuff for my family and I to do! Will definitely be back! 10/10"

"The property is in an excellent location. It is in the center of downtown Honolulu close to multiple bars and restaurants. Very close to most of the popular attractions, etc. While not on the beach, it is directly across the street from the beach with full beach access. My only critique is the $65 a day resort fees for which I felt we received very little value. The pool area is very small with limited seating and if you are there when there are multiple children, it is not a relaxing experience. We went the first day afternoon of our trip and did not bother going back. I would have preferred to have stayed a few blocks away from the ocean and saved that resort fee for the use we received."

"This hotel is not a bad hotel at all; however the value is not worth the cost. For the high costs and resort fee, you will have a much newer and enjoyable experience at the Marriot. The difference in price is pennies and the difference in room and amenities is drastic. I was very disappointed by the room and hotel in comparison to the other hotels in the area. They have tons of hidden fees, the pool is not impressive, there is no hot tub, the rooms are older. I would definitely choose a different hotel in the area even if it seems more expensive, in the end you will pay the same for less amenities. "

"Staff is all super nice and helped with any questions very quickly! We asked for an hour later check out because my wife was pregnant and having a tougher morning and they made it happen no problem! The rooms are so clean and daily house keeping makes it look like you’re checking in to a new room every night. "

"Great location in Waikiki, lots of near by restaurants and activities. less than a 10 minute walk from the beach. Hotel has great amenities, stargazing was an amazing activity that was available beside the pool during some weekends. Room was very clean and housekeeping was very attentive and replaced any amenities that we were running low on."
