"Can't beat the location and the price, but the room was small. We had a sliver of a window and no air circulation (AC isn't on until later in the season). We did ask for a fan and the front desk did comply. Everyone who worked there was very nice. "

"I was very upset as big name of Holiday inn hotel I came by train from Rotterdam to Brussels by train in airport I was waiting for shuttle bus almost 1 hour waiting outside in cold . After I took taxi to hotel . Cost me money to get to hotel they should have shuttle every 30 mins in this kind of hotel . Very upset "

"Great hotel, location & helpful staff. Easy walking to dining, shopping and local trains. Comfortable bed, but at 6’ tall, bedding covered shoulders or feet! Lovely small dining room, good food… but enjoy the international dining options within 10 min walk. Be aware the gym is very small. Overall, enjoyed our stay."

We paid for a better room and while bigger in size it was very basic and old fashioned and disappointing for the money paid. No fridge , water or tea and coffee facilities in the room. Breakfast was very good with a big selection."
