Address on the booking was provided wrong which means I had to walk 10 more minutes in freezing cold weather on a rough road. I was met by the admin who wore the coronavirus mask as soon as she saw me (but not otherwise) proving how mininformed these people are about the spread of the virus. This I felt was a bit offensive. If she wears a mask, wear it everywhere. Besides you dont need a mask unless you are meeting an infected person. This was just dumb. Ok coming to the building itself it is a flat out safety hazard as it gets very dark at the main entrance. The light does not come on. I had to use my smartphone flashlight every time. Someone can get injured if this is not addressed asap. Apartment itself is good and has everything one needs. But far outweighed by the cons. There is a breakfast card in the room but no prices and no instuctions on how to order. Although for some reason they thought the weight is important and not the prices so the weight of the portions are indicated but no prices. Breakfast was poor. Juice was in some kiddy packet and full of sugar. The Pancake was badly presented and in a cheap packaging. Above all the cons it was the landlords unwillingness to acknowledge that I had booked a bigger apartment. I also showed him the evidence but left it to me to sort out with expedia. So nothing postive that I can add to be honest. Id avoid them.
