"I am very disappointed with my recent stay. I was not informed in advance that construction was taking place, which significantly affected the ambiance and overall experience. There was also a noticeable odor throughout the facility that made the environment uncomfortable. I was assigned a room on the fifth floor directly above what appeared to be active work or maintenance on the fourth floor, resulting in ongoing noise throughout the day. This made it difficult to rest or relax. In addition, after social hours, there were large gatherings with loud cheering and noise that could be clearly heard from my room. This disrupted my ability to rest after a long day. It seemed that an event or convention may have been taking place, but this was not communicated beforehand. Given these issues and the lack of transparency, this stay did not meet the standard I expect. I would appreciate your review of this experience and consideration of appropriate compensation. "

"I stay at this location from time to time when I am in town for work. Responsiveness of staff via the after hours kiosk has improved with each stay. The cleanliness of my room was decent, however this time I found several hairs on the desk where the caulk joins the TV stand. The couple in a room beside me argued, yelled, and screamed all night. The room on the otherside had a dog, which was well behaved and not loud or constantly barking. The constant smell of marijuana in the lobby and common areas is overbearing. Overall, great value for the price but hope that the facility doesn't fall into the same state as other entities close by that have become a dump. "
