The room was beautifully spacious, impeccably clean, and extremely comfortable. My son especially loved enjoying his own onsen experience in the bathtub, which made our stay even more memorable. The refillable water provided by the hotel was another thoughtful convenience that we truly appreciated. The frequent shuttle service to Karuizawa train station added great ease to our travels and enhanced the overall experience. "Location is perfect being a few minutes walk to the train station, Yuzawa Kogen ski lifts, restaurants and shops. The food for breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent in quality and variety. We stayed 4 nights and was not bored of the spread. "

"We enjoyed our stay. Great staff and service. Very clean and a good dinner buffet. The hotel is a bit of a hike uphill. Google maps might tell you to approach from the right, go behind the hotel and come around to the entrance. This route has a bunch of uneven steps and is somewhat steep. It’s better to approach from the left side up a paved road with an even incline."

"Great stay. I booked a room with open air bath and it came with the access to the executive lounge for afternoon snacks and drinks. Snacks, beers and wine. The snacks there was amazing. Coz I booked two consecutive nites, they gave us access to the exclusive public bath, less ppl and with more privacy. The room was so clean and the staff were excellent. I was impressed by a staff Jaing, she was so helpful and always so enthusiastic and ready to help all the time when I saw her at the reception - check in and check out and when she was working at the executive lounge. The cleaning team was doing an excellent job. All of these made my stay so wonderful. "

"This is a newer hotel and the rooms are very nice. Everything you need is close by. There’s a 7-11 on the second floor of the same building, which was super convenient. A shopping street is directly across the road with lots of restaurants, secondhand shops, and new stores. The train station and bus stops are also right across the street, so getting around is easy. To get to Little Edo (Kurazukuri Street), you can take bus 1 or 2 and get off at W6. It costs about $2. We used a Suica card with no issues. Finding the hotel itself was a bit tricky at first. It’s located inside a large building and the signage isn’t great. You need to go to the elevators near the 7-11 on the second floor and take them up to the 7th floor, where the hotel is located. We had a car and used the parking garage in the same building. You bring your parking ticket to the hotel to pay. Parking was $19 per day, which felt reasonable for the location. Overall, a comfortable stay in a very convenient area, just be prepared for a little confusion when you first arrive."
