The staff was helpful and from the private onsen to the room, everything was very clean. Very close to the town center without the possible noise and foot traffic if it was any closer. I would stay here again and recommend to my friends and family."

"Location is good, opposite is the ski resort, which has good snow. Overall room was well maintained, public Onsen was nice too. However we came during early ski season, there is barely any restaurants opens. Hotel cafe food is a bit expensive, and not much choice (mainly western). If plan to stay may order half board instead, or tell hotel staff to reserve dinner before 10am"
