"Staff were helpful and friendly, but we only spoke in Japanese so not sure if they accommodate guests from abroad very often. Food was ample and tasty (traditional Japanese foods) and served in the privacy of the room. Pillows are traditional Japanese style (small and somewhat hard) so I would recommend bringing your own pillow if you prefer a larger and softer pillow. "Just 5 min walk to the outlet. Shuttle bus available to both the train station as well as the outlet. On-site onsen is exceptionally clean n spacious. However should let early arrival guests register their personal details n when they return at 3pm to check in, the process will be smoother. That way, it will not create chaos in the lobby area."
