Not a 3 star Hotel
"We did not stay, since after driving for 4 hours, they did not have our reservation despite having a confirmation number, etc. The lobby was dated, dumpy and the check in was thru a slot in the wall. Just the condition of the lobby and the professionalisms of the staff, this is NOT a 3 star hotel. ..."

Very comfortable overnight stay
"Very nice, comfortable, convenient hotel. I stayed overnight in Takasaki and I would recommend it without hesitation. Check-in was friendly and fast, the room was in excellent condition and I slept very well. Plus they have an English language news channel (BBC) which not all hotels in Japan have. ..."
