Fantastic central location for exploring the city. The hotel has outstanding decor and is a wonderful place to stay. Luxurious spacious rooms with gorgeous soft bedding. Exceptionally helpful staff who are most welcoming and helpful. The rooftop bar is a must for watching the sun set.

Its a beautiful hotel that is well located close to 2 metro stops. The hotel has an excellent spa service. Our rooms were also great, the only downside is that is an $$$$ hotel, so if you have a limited budget, this is your first time in madrid and you are planning to expend a lot of time outdoors maybe this is not the best option for you.

This is an exceptional Hotel. The service was impeccable! The restaurant was excellent, with a great quality menu and variety. The pool and rooftop bar were perfect for a pre-dinner drink. The location is walkable to most key attractions, shopping and the food district. Everyone, from the front desk to wait staff and hotel services, made you feel welcome.

Our first Gran Meliá stay and we truly enjoyed the hospitality, the property (rooftop bar and pool area) was a great place to have a pre-dinner drink and watch the sunset.
