"The property is exactly as in the pictures online. The reception is grand and very large and feels like walking into a palace. The security at the lobby is very reassuring. The staff speak English which is good and helpful. The rooms are nicely decorated and extremely clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very good for an Indian appetite. The managers and front desk work hard to deal with any issues quickly and promptly. I would recommend staying her just to experience some luxury in Bangalore. Suraj and Anita were extremely helpful."

"Excellent stay! Our package came with daily breakfast and your choice of lunch or dinner. I highly recommend this package as the food in their main restaurant is excellent. They had both Indian and non-Indian options, which was great. Our room came with a bath which was great, but it was not adequately cleaned upon our check in. When we notified the staff, it took some time for them to respond but eventually they did. Otherwise, cleanliness and service were excellent and quick. "

"The pictures lied, the hotel is old and not well matained, the chairs in restaurant are full of stains and food and area (breakfast) don’t look clean, the carpets are stained and not clean, the paint is old. The towels were white and now are beige (old towels)"
