The property was dirty rundown with absolutely no facilities not at all as shown in the photos . We were eventually handed a mobile phone and were asked to pay 950 usd for our rooms told them that we had paid via hotels .com and gave booking numbers and showed my reciepts for payment but to no avail we were yold to pay...

"The property was clean and convenient. The staff were helpful when requested. However, maintenance work has to be carried out in the apartment. The shower and the sink in the bathroom got flooded when used. The stove and the washing machine were malfunctioning. And the room was not cleaned during the period, though the terms and conditions state that it would be cleaned after the 5th day."

"We had a fantastic stay and couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly. The staff were absolutely wonderful, so warm, hospitable and genuinely kind, and they consistently went above and beyond to make our stay special. Some of the kindest and most welcoming staff I’ve ever come across at a hotel. Our rooms were great and incredibly spacious, and the food was amazing too. We had dinner at the hotel a few times during our stay and really enjoyed it, and breakfast was excellent as well. Raj served us at dinner and was particularly kind and attentive, and really helped make our experience even more enjoyable. Overall, we had such a lovely experience and felt very well looked after throughout our stay. Would absolutely recommend and would happily stay again!"
