Room ,A/C were what I expected it to be. Very modern and was way beyond my expectations. Staff from check-in and check-out were very respectful,kind and helpful and friendly .
Breakfast was very good as well.
Airport transport arranged was on time and driver Junel was very helpful.
I would highly recommend and would definitely book this hotel again.

We stayed 2 nights at the Sheraton which was a lovely treat before flying back home. My partner and I had an amazing experience. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and varied and outstanding quality. All the staff we interacted with were so helpful and friendly. We both made use of the spa for a massage which was so good and the staff in the spa were also amazing.

No major issues. Great resort overall - I can even say that it is the best resort in Cebu. Some of the amenities need refresh (I understand that is in progress). My recommendation is that this resort tries to do more to be child friendly e.g. add water slides etc.

The staff were incredibly polite and friendly. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were good with really comfy beds. The downside was the water was not very hot in my shower however My friend was in a different room said hers was fime. Overall a good place to stay

Great place to stay. The hotel is in Mactan Newton which is new, very clean area, safe, loads of amenities such as restaurants, cafes, bar etc and near the airport. The hotel is well maintained. Staff brilliant. Breakfast is fantastic. Loads of choices. We stayed here 3x whilst we travelled the Philippines for 3 weeks. We stored our luggage at the hotel. We will definitely stay again as we have decided we will fly international to Cebu instead of Manila when we return.

We chose the Dusit based on the reputation and we were not dissapointed.
We had been traveling around the south of Cebu and needed somewhere for an overnight stay before our flight, but I wish we had stayed longer.
We were warmly greeted with cold water and cold towels, and check in was very quick and easy.
Room was nice, clean and reasonably spacious. Room down the sides of the bed was limited.
