"This place was great. Ive stayed at quite a few hotels and this one was one of my favs. The staff were friendly. The whole place was clean. Our bed (king) was super comfortable and slept like a baby. Our room was really spacious and laid out nice. Let me tell you the shower blew me away it was amazing. Had their own full sized bottles of soap, shampoo and conditioner(dove products) smelled wonderful lots of water pressure. Breakfast really surprised me had a very nice spread. The usual toast,muffins ,bagels and cereal plus fresh scramble eggs and sausage patties, waffles, yogurt ,a coffee bar. Plenty of room to sit and enjoy breakfast with family. The air &heating is controlled by a thermostat on the wall which I really liked. Our room felt like a mini home away from home. We will definitely be going back soon. The hot tub and pool were also very nice.only thing I wish was different was the parking lot. Had to park all the way around back side and come in because lot was full and it was the off season. If your looking for a great place that is clean and affordable stay here you wont regret it!!"

"This is a very clean and comfortable hotel. It’s a bit dated, but for the money it’s perfect. The grounds are well kept and there’s a pool with chairs, great for families. You can see the bridge and you’re right near the park. We will definitely be back."

"Can't beat the view! My husband and I were in town for the Zoo-De-Mack biking event, and we stayed in a 'Beachside Classic Cabin.' It was awesome to have the beach and view of Mackinac Island and the bridge right out our doorstep. We relaxed in the chairs on the beach for quite some time, and the beach fire pits are a fun addition. The cabin itself if fairly rustic, but was clean and functional. We didn't end up using the pool or hot tub, but it's nice they have those options as well. The desk attendant was super helpful/friendly, and gave us lots of good tips/recommendations. A parking spot was included and it was also not to far to walk to the downtown on a nice day. We highly recommend the beachfront cabins!"
