"The room was clean and equipped with towels, toilet paper, soap, and shampoo. The staff were very kind and communicative. Free luggage storage and breakfast was included. I wasn't a huge fan of the breakfast (I got a fruit plate with a hair in it). "

"Wow what an incredible hotel in Aguas Calientes. From the outside it’s quite unassuming, but inside, the room is spacious, modern and perfectly clean (basically spotless). So so clean! Simply incredible for the price. The gentlemen at the reception was so nice and helpful with everything I needed, and even carried my luggage up 5 floors. "

"Frank was awesome! We had a family emergency and he went above and beyond! He checked to see if we could get on the latest Perurail at 10pm!! They made room for 3 more passengers so we could get back to Cusco. Job well done!!!"

"Amazing service and communication. Location is fantastic. Breakfast is tasty. They will meet you at the train station and take your bags back to the station when you leave. They had a living room we could use with couch and restroom when we arrived hours before check in. I would give more stars if I could."
