Great, comfortable room. Good breakfast. Staff was very helpful and nice to deal with. Just a heads up - they only accept cash, so be prepared with dollars or soles.
Wonderful staff; waited for us at the train station late at night, prepared breakfast to take with us in the morning, and stored our bags. Very clean, internet connection worked well, and the hot showers were much appreciated. On a noisy street in a country/town in which people don't seem to sleep much.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Staff was great! Things were a little run down as most hotels on our trip. I little hard to find, but it faces the sports field and not on the street of it's address. Walk up to the corner, turn left and go 75 feet.
They let us keep our luggage there after check out, which was awesome! Would recomend
Very good hotel reception. We were able to store our luggage after we checked out and took the trip to Machu Picchu . There was a bagged lunch for the day also. The shower for 10 sol when we returned cold , wet and exhausted was most welcome.
The lady at the receiption was very helpful. She brought us to buy bus tickets to Machu Picchu and walked with us to Machu Picchu bus stop. Clean room

Great place, excellent service!
We had a great experience staying here for two nights. Google Maps has their location wrong so we had some trouble finding the place, but the owner was very helpful and sent someone to find us once he was alerted that we were lost. We had two rooms that were both clean and had space heaters that we appreciated. The showers were the best we had in Peru! Great pressure and hot water. The hotel is very close to the hot springs and a relatively short walk (downhill) to the bus station, train station, and market. The owner was terrific and even walked us to where one buys bus tickets to Machu Picchu. The hotel is just opposite a small plaza that has several stone carvings, and it was a bit noisy in the evenings. We had our laundry done on site (expensive!) but the owner allowed us to check out late due to waiting for the laundry to be done. He also recommended a great restaurant (and walked us there!) and arranged for someone at the train station to watch our bags while we ate. We would definitely stay here again.
Great hotel for the price! We asked to be met at the train and we had a guide/teacher for the afternoon - he corrected our Spanish & we corrected his English. Good beds, hot water, and breakfast waiting for us at 4:30am. Highly recommend!

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Dated place
The couple owning and running the hotel are excellent. The gentleman came to the train station to pick us. We were allowed to use the facilities after we returned from a tiring trip from Machupicchu. We were allowed to use a shower place and change prior to our return trip by train. We appreciate that.
The room was big but dated. The bathroom plumbing is very old and needs major update. The sink fell in the middle of the night and flooded the room, made our belongings wet.
The location is fine, next to thermal baths and restaurants.
