Great way to see ponto verde in MaceiĆ³
Terrific. Even for a finicky American. We loved the breakfast! Beautiful, clean hotel. Competitive price. Convenient to live corals for snorkeling, my primary reason for selecting this location. Only observation about the premises is that the garage is small. During high travel season your spot may not be guaranteed, so check with the hotel staff. Staff gets 9/10 stars. Receptionists were great! Staff not perfect because of these 2 little things: -Management decided to replace flashing in our corridor during our visit in peak season. I'd suggest saving those disruptive upgrades for the off season. -pool cleaner kicked us out 30 minutes before posted closing time. That's a real disappointment for an 11-year old!

Estadia foi boa! Pontos negativos: - Cheguei no Hotel e deparei com o quarto standart casal, sendo que eu tinha alugado casal vista mar, que tem diĆ”ria mais cara mĆ©dia de R$100,00. Fiz a reclamaĆ§Ć£o com a recepĆ§Ć£o e a Gerente Paula conseguiu resolver com o HotĆ©is.com apenas no dia seguinte.Segundo ela foi um erro do HotĆ©is.com divulgar foto antiga do quarto, sendo que eles disponibilizam a locaĆ§Ć£o deste quarto apenas com o prĆ³prio Hotel. - Internet horrĆ­vel, me passaram duas redes de wi-fi e nĆ£o funcionava, mal conseguia abrir uma foto, entĆ£o tive que usar dados mĆ³veis mesmo. Pontos positivos: - CafĆ© da manhĆ£ excelente, tudo muito gostoso e com bastante variedades. - Lanches e refeiƧƵes, muito gostoso e com variedades suficiente. - Ɠtima localizaĆ§Ć£o. EstĆ” no ponto central de Ponta verde, pra quem quer caminhar na Orla, fazer lanches a noite dĆ” pra ir caminhando tranquilamente. - Quarto casal vista mar, bem confortĆ”vel, espaƧoso e com vista maravilhosa. - Atendentes em geral sĆ£o atenciosos. Na foto, a proporĆ§Ć£o entre a quantidade de arroz e de filĆ© darĆ” a noĆ§Ć£o do tamanho do filĆ© que foi servido. Destaque para todos os funcionĆ”rios do hotel, que sĆ£o muito atenciosos, educados e prestativos, em especial Paula. Em geral, a experiĆŖncia nĆ£o me levaria a me hospedar lĆ” novamente.

BEM LOCALIZADO E PRECO JUSTO.
Hotel bem localizado perto da orla de ponta verde. Quarto e banheiro em boas condicoes. Cama/colchao em bom estado. Nada reclamar. Unica observacao e` sobre o fato de ter uma escada pra chegar no terreo / recepcao, que pode ser um problema para pessoas com alguma deficiencia. (Apesar que vi um pequeno elevador para acessar da rua para o terreo - no meu caso, nao chegou a ser um problema)
