Very clean, super friendly staff. The pull out couch could use an upgrade, it was uncomfortable for my teen kids, other than that we were pleased. Fun jacuzzi in the room !

Very rustic rooms-bath towels are like hand towels. Don't know how a large person could dry off with them. Our shower tub didn't drain. There were only 3 hangers in the two closets. But the king size bed was comfy, and the room had a gas-powered fireplace. The TV was barely audible as its speaker was small and on the back of the TV. (??) The food at the restaurant was nothing special. Canned green beans (didn't know anyone did that anymore) and overcooked fish. They seemed understaffed as one server was serving 15 people. But we came there for the hiking, not for gourmet food or accommodations.
