"We were in Lugano for just one night for my partners birthday and wish we could’ve stayed longer. The staff were very kind and upgraded our room for the birthday celebration! We also were able to arrange a free shuttle to the train station when we left.
Beautiful view from the room and other areas in the hotel. We didn’t get a chance to use them, but the wellness amenities seemed great as well. Would stay again! "

"The breakfast served in the dining room is amazing, excellent selection of any kind of food you may eat.
The service and staff are exquisite.
Only the building needs to be refreshed and the rooms to be equipped with USB plugs or international plugs fur foreign travelers. "

"Staff was very accommodating, courteous, and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Stayed a week and it felt like home! Large pool, and gym. Which were clean and very usuable. There was a horse track across the street, but it was not loud and it did not dictract me from my sleep. "
