Wir reisten als Familie an und wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Check-in war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Zimmer war grosszügig mit einem schönen Balkon. Für unseren Hund lag eine Überraschung bereit. Der Wellness Bereich bietet sehr viel und lädt zum verweilen ein. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend und von guter Auswahl / Qualität. Der Kidsclub war perfekt und die Betreuerin sehr nett.

Absolutes Tophotel in Ascona

Das Eden Roc dürfte das beste Hotel am Lago Maggiore sein - jedenfalls war dies unsere Erfahrung. Vom Wellnessbereich bis zu den Restaurants, Zimmer und Strand bleibt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Eine absolute Topaddresse - die allerdings auch ihren Preis hat.

Bis ins kleinste Detail sauber gepflegt und schön weihnächtlich dekoriert. Erstklassiger Service mit äusserst freundlichem Personal. Die Küche entspricht einem würdigen 5-Sterne Hotel! Herrliche Wellness-Anlage!

Wir waren das erste Mal vor Ort. Es ist ein Super Hotel in sehr guter Lage direkt am See. Baden im See ist möglich und sehr schön. Der Service war sehr gut und sehr freundlich. Ebenfalls dienQualität der Speisen in den Restaurant war sehr gut. Wir kommen sicherlich gerne wieder
