We had a lovely stay it was a beautiful hotel I will be back

We found all the staff in the hotel extremely friendly and helpful. On our arrival a member of staff brought a very welcome cup of tea and slice of cake to our bedroom.

Perfectly positioned hotel to enjoy Kenmare whilst spending time on the Ring of Kerry.

This is a lovely hotel in a great location with the nicest staff. The only downside is that the floors have a couple rooms that are separated from the elevator by a few steps that make it difficult when you have a lot of luggage. That aside, the rooms are very well appointed, the beds comfortable and everything is very clean.

My family and I had a brilliant time! Michael, the hotel manager, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We actually had a bit of an emergency take place and he stepped in and handled our needs to ensure we were taken care of. I couldn't have dreamed a better service. We'll be back!

From the moment we entered the hotel and met the concierge, Teddy, until we left three days later we were made to feel special. We were helped each with suggestions of where to visit and what to see. The lakeside room we stayed in was stylish, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The staff were lovely, and were attentive, friendly and very approachable. We enjoyed an excellent buffet breakfast on each of the two mornings of our stay, as part of an inclusive package deal. This represented excellent value for...

First class hotel, the staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was a problem. The food was delicious and full use of the spa was a lovely added bonus.

Excellent hotel. Lovely helpful staff & owners. Could not fault in any way. Great breakfast, plenty of parking. Great location for the Ring of Kerry. A true 4 star

This is very possibly the best place i have ever stayed! The entire place was immaculate. My room was gorgeous. The bed was enormous and super super comfy. The room felt brand new, all the decor was finished to SUCH a high standard. The bar down stairs was exactly what you would want from.an irish pub. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, who bent ovwr backwards to accomodate its patrons. Paul in particular was fantastic, tended to my every need. The pizzas, made on site, were out of this world....
