Beautiful hotel, really good value, fantastically accommodating staff. Snorkelling trips organised by hotel are particularly good value and they even give you a free copy of GoPro videos taken by the guide. I left my phone in the room and the manager called me at the airport and sent it home to me.

It was a complete Value for money. The staff were very courteous and the room Facilities were good.

What a wonderful stay we had. The hotel is right on the bikini beach so you step out of the hotel and BAM beach time. The hotel is clean and fresh and everyone has their role to play. Great snorkeling experience and felt safe and well looked after. Meal options are fab and the buffet dinner is a treat. We stayed in the deluxe room with balcony, room 1704 and it was amazing to see the sun set, beach from our bed. We met Anisur whilst dinning and he was always so friendly with us. ...

My wife and I booked this hotel for a week as part of our honeymoon and have Gotta say, we have never had such good customer service and friendliness before crystal sands. Each staff member of this hotel always greeted us with a smile and a hello and constantly asked if we needed anything and looked after all of our needs. This hotel was perfect. The location was amazing right outside the bikini beach and close to the port. For a 4 night stay in the Maldives this was great if you are on a budget. The activities on the island were amazing offering more than the average local resort island. The staff at the hotel helped you out where ever they could and got you what you needed. The local restaurants were delicious, better tasting than the food that I had at my resort stay. Was cool also to see what the locals got...

I had a sea view room which is so nice, the hotel is very near to the local beach, has good restaurant with variety of food, and lovely outdoor setting. The room was clean, but the water pressure was quite low. The staff was very friendly, smiley, and helpful. The bikini beach is quite far, and I wish there was a table in the balcony. However, I had so nice and so good time in my holiday. Generally, Maafushi has many exiting sea activities, I liked everything there.

The experience was ok, breakfast was good, they give you towels for the beach, and the air conditioning works perfectly, but the photos doesn’t match exactly as the ones advertised on hotels.com and not even similiar to the ones in google maps (it shows a swimming pool that doesn’t exist) it’s a few blocks from the prison and next to a mosque so prepare for the 430am prayers from really loud speakers, also there is doing a super loud construction of a building next door
