"The property was well kept very clean. The breakfast was wonderful all nice fresh. The staff was very friendly and very concerned if I needed something they’d be right there for me. My intent is to stay here again the next time I’m up in that area."

"This was our second time staying at this hotel. Like the last time our room was excellent. The staff was very nice and friendly. We liked sitting out front but the benches could use some paint. We were extremely disappointed by the breakfast offerings. We stayed last year and breakfast was good. This year you offered nothing but carbs. For the same money we could have picked a different hotel with a nice breakfast. We told the staff of a dirty microwave and it was cleaned right away. We also didn't appreciate the barking dogs."

"I'll just start by saying that I've stayed in worse places and it met my general criteria of not having bed bugs. When I walked in, there was no one at the counter so I called the number like the sign said and it rang and rang and rang. I walked around the lobby and tried again. It literally took 15 minutes before a woman walked out. There were no apologies. The room was clean but the decor needs an update. If you're there for a weekend with your buddies to go snowmobiling this place is totally fine. I feel like if I had been with friends and drunk it would have been great. The breakfast was not at all what was advertised-- but again I have to point out I've seen worse. There was a sign that said if you wanted eggs and sausage you could go to the counter and ask for them, but there was no one at the counter and once bitten, twice shy as they say. Also, who knows what they would have given me. There wasn't a kitchen or anything. There was stale cereal and stuff for waffles and English muffins. My key card stopped working and the guy who helped me was nice. There was lots of parking. It's close to restaurants and a state park or two. It was clean, I think. Should you stay here? Maybe?"

"Our entire time at the Wildflower Inn was amazing! Holly greeted us upon arrival with the best welcome smile and warm hospitality! Every single server we had from breakfast to cocktails and dessert was so well mannered and courteous! I can't say enough about the overall stay at the Wildflower Inn....and it is ALL good! Thank-you! Cheryl (Cassady) Lowman"

Colonnade Inn

10/10 Excellent

"We stayed one night at the Colonnade and then went to our reservation at the Burke Mountain Hotel and honestly, for the money, we should have stayed at the Colonnade. The beds were more comfortable! It was right in town, conveniently located. (It was off season so we were not there to ski, we were there for a class reunion). It was very clean and the room was spacious, and the people were very nice."

Island Pond Country Inn (Formerly the Lakefront Inn & Motel)

2/10 Terrible

"The property is in terrible shape. It is in desperate need of repair and refurbishing. The sheets on the bed were smelly and we wondered if that had even been washed. My wife was itching all night and woke up with multiple bug bites. The pillows appeared very old and did not even have proper pillow cases on them. The fridge made a loud humming noise. I finally had to unplug it. The bars of soap are the size of a quarter, literally. And the toilet paper was 1-ply. We woke up early and got out of there as early as possible. There were also some very sketchy people staying on the floor below. We would never stay there again."
