"​I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was not up to basic cleanliness standards, and the mattress was in poor condition, caving in the middle. Most concerning was the fact that our room door did not lock properly—a major safety issue we unfortunately didn't discover until our final night."

"Very inviting front desk works, breakfast was always, stocked, clean. The pool was slightly smaller than would have liked but was still warm and clean towels were promptly stocked as they started to get low. The lobby was warm and inviting a great place to be able to eat pizza when we brought it back. "

"This is our go to hotel for a quick stay in The Dells when we want to bring our dog along. This time we took advantage of the pool and hot tub. Kids loved it! Adults loved it! Breakfast was nice. Lobby is very comfortable with lots of seating and tables with charging capabilities. Room felt very spacious for my family of 5! We will be back!"

"Room was clean. Staff was very friendly. We had one issue with the toilet but as soon as we let them know, they brought someone up immediately and it was fixed. This will be a place. We will definitely stay again especially because it’s near everything that you would possibly want to go to"
