"This hotel is very customer friendly. The staff is extremely kind and accommodating. The hotel is in a quiet location and easily accessible to the Lund Central station via bus (6) or tram (1). My room faced away from the street and was very quiet, aside from some slight ventilation sounds (similar to a laptop fan, so very easily ignored). The only area for improvement was the quality of the mattress and the bed linen. But overall, 10/10."
