Had to call a service number several times before they answered, and eventually a security guard was sent to assist. "

"The hotel is small but clean and lovely. It is near the center of the city. There is no restaurant but there is an excellent breakfast. I stayed here several years ago and it was not by accident that I returned. The staff is helpful and it is generally a very comfortable place."

"Lovely clean room but missing a kettle or even a bottle of water, a bit of a miss when there appeared to be no one working behind the bar when I returned from eating out as there is no evening food service at the Lundia. There used to be coffee machines in the corridors but these have gone as well. Maybe vending machines would be a good idea?"

"Room was cold, very dark, towels didnt smell like fresh, breakfast was very poor. Will not come back. However at least staff was very friendly and polite. "
